Homeschool Days!

601 Studios welcomes homeschoolers to register for Homeschool Days from 9:30 am - 1:00 pm on Tuesdays or Thursdays. Homeschool Days is an arts enrichment program that meets once a week for 15 weeks each term. Fall Term starts the fourth week of August (with Thanksgiving break in November), and Spring Term begins the 3rd week of January (with Spring Break in March).

Homeschool Days is designed to enhance the artistry and musicianship of students through group lessons and classes in various instruments and artistries. Each student chooses a primary instrument/artistry to focus on, and they are also exposed to many other arts throughout their term. If Homeschool Days students wish to have a more independent focus for their instrument, they should consider signing up for private lessons. Homeschool Days students are eligible for a reduced rate for private lesson tuition: $30 for 30-minute lessons ($120 monthly). At this time, we cannot offer a reduced rate for 60-minute private lessons.

Homeschool Days students participate in our Musical Ladder program for their primary instrument/artistry as part of our Homeschool Days program! 601 Studios is the only music academy in Mississippi to hold the license for Musical Ladder. Read more about Musical Ladder here.

Upon request, families can receive an official letterhead transcript at the end of each semester with details on activities and instruction that the student received to be turned in for homeschool curriculum credit.

Homeschool Days Tuition:

We have postured our tuition and payment schedule so that families of more than one child can participate without a hefty financial commitment. Homeschool Days are a cost-effective method in which students can engage in instruction for a fraction of the cost of paying a la carte.

Spring 2024: $715/per first student, $595 for the second student, and $475 for every student after.
A non-refundable deposit of $150 holds each family’s spot in Homeschool Days, due at the time of registration and the remaining balance is split into 3 equal payments due on the first of each month until paid in full, beginning on the first full month (September for Fall, and February for Spring). These payments are drafted automatically unless paid for by check or cash in person before the 1st.
