In this "stop-motion" through the world of digital art, campers will learn how to turn a simple spark of an idea into a moving masterpiece.

• Character Design: Travel from sketch to screen by creating original characters with their own unique personalities.

• The Tech Lab: Campers will master the fundamentals of digital animation and visual storytelling using their own iPhone, iPad, or laptop.

Every traveler has a story to tell, and at Global Grooves, we give students the "musical ink" to write theirs! This camp is a deep dive into the heart of creativity, where campers transform their thoughts, experiences, and rhythms into original tracks. It’s all about finding a unique voice and sharing it with the world.

• Lyrical Itinerary: Learn the art of storytelling and rhyme to craft meaningful lyrics from scratch.

• The Melody Maker: Explore how to pair those words with the perfect chords and hooks to create a "chart-topping" hit.

• From Pen to Performance: Students work through the entire creative process, taking a song from a simple idea to a fully realized musical piece.

By the end of the week, our songwriters will have a finished "souvenir". - their very own song - ready to be played for friends and family!

Passport to Piano is a dedicated piano lab designed to give students a clear and engaging introduction to the world of music. This camp focuses on building the essential building blocks of piano playing, helping campers develop their technical skills and musical understanding through structured learning and interactive play.

• Keyboard Fundamentals: Students will work on the basics of hand position, finger technique, and navigating the layout of the piano.

• Music Theory Discovery: We explore the "map" of music, teaching students how to read notes, understand rhythms, and recognize musical symbols.

• Learning Through Piano Games: We use specialized piano games to reinforce theory and technique. These interactive challenges make practicing scales and identifying notes an engaging, hands-on experience.
