Next Summer: July 14–18, 2027

We are heading to New York City for Broadway Bound, a high-energy, immersive trip designed to give students a taste of the professional industry. To ensure this experience is accessible for all our students despite rising travel costs, we have shifted our departure to Summer 2027. This extra year of planning allows us to build an even stronger foundation for the trip of a lifetime!

The Broadway Bound Experience

Students will participate in three intensive workshops led by actual Broadway industry leaders in three core disciplines:

  • Voice: Technical precision and performance.

  • Acting: Character development and scene work.

  • Dance: Professional choreography and movement.

We are working with Christopher Spaulding in NYC to put on these amazing workshops. In the past, he has introduced groups to stars like David Hyde Pierce, Kelli O'Hara, Donna Murphy, Shoshana Bean, Telly Leung, Barrett Foa, Jason Mraz, Santino Fontana, Laura Benanti, Claybourne Elder, Courtney Reed, and many more talented friends.

To give you an idea of the caliber of training, his recent 2026 workshops featured:

  • Kali May Grinder (Broadway Dance Supervisor of MJ The Musical)

  • Patrick McCollum (Broadway Choreographer of The Band's Visit)

  • Justin Scribner (Broadway PSM of Maybe Happy Ending)

  • Alicia Albright (Broadway Dance Captain of Wicked)

  • Michael Milkanin (Broadway Dance Captain of Chess)

To complement our students’ training, the group will attend two Broadway shows specifically selected to tie into our workshop curriculum.

Calling All Students (And Future Seniors!)

We encourage all students to plan on attending, regardless of your current class level. For those who will be seniors during the 2026–2027 school year, we want you there! This trip is the ultimate way to cap off your time in the program and celebrate your growth with your peers.

The Talent Show Showcase

With more time to prepare, our Benefit Talent Show will be bigger and more exciting than ever. This event will serve as a major fundraiser to help offset travel costs, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to join us in NYC. More info on this to come!

Age & Chaperone Requirements

  • Age 13: Any student who is 13 at the time of the trip (July 2027) must have their own designated adult chaperone travel and attend the trip with them.

  • Ages 14 and Older: If a parent or designated adult is not attending with the student, they will be assigned to a group with a designated adult chaperone. We will ensure these groups have a wonderful experience exploring the city together!

TRIP REGISTRATION FORM

Please complete one form for each person attending the trip (both students and adults should have a form submitted for them).
